Shipping Policy
Upon receiving your payment, item(s) will be shipped within 12-24 working hours. (when item in-stock)
If package return from the Post Office, buyer need to pay for the shipping cost again for resending.
If buyer want refund for the return package, shipping cost will be deducted.
To avoid delay caused by delivery failure, please make sure your detailed address and full name registered on your PayPal account are both correct.
If you want the item to be shipped to an address different from your PayPal account, please inform us by e-mail before payment.
Tracking number will be sent to your email after dispatching.

Exchange/Refund/Return
- We offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy for defective items and unsatisfactory purchase.
- Replacement item (s) or reimbursement (s) will be settled within 7 days from the day the customers received the original item(s).
- For refund cases, 10% of the purchase price will be deducted in the reimbursement as our administration charges.
- Return shipping costs are refundable only for successful exchange cases, i.e. for refund or non-valid exchange cases, customers should be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The return guidelines are as follows:-
- The item (s) must be returned in new condition and with all original manufacturer's packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards.
- All return item (s) must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible and do not accept any damages during the return delivery.
Tax Policy
Customers are not responsible for any export duties.
Unless special request is made, we mark all items as GIFT(S) with Low price or below 10usd value on the customs papers. In this case, neither invoice nor receipt will be included in the package.
We always do our best to avoid delays during clearance and legally minimize or eliminate your import duties and taxes expenses.
In any cases, we will not be responsible for any import duties and taxes (e.g. GST, V.A.T.).
